CA Shailesh Shah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and is the founding partner of SVCo. With over 32 years of professional experience, he has expertise and in-depth knowledge in the domain of auditing & assurance, risk advisory and direct & indirect taxation. He has spearheaded audit & assurance engagements and formulated strategic risk control/ management policies for multinational as well as domestic clients across industries. He has a rich experience in providing strategic direct and indirect tax advisory & compliance support to clients and engaging with tax authorities for litigation matters at all levels. Further, he is an active member of CIRC of ICAI, an eminent speaker at various professional forums and has held numerous responsibilities as an integral part of ICAI committees.

CA Vishesh Shah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016. He has a specialization in the domain of indirect taxation including Service tax, VAT, GST, Customs, SEZ law and Foreign Trade Policy matters. He has assisted multinational and domestic clients in implementation of GST and in strategic tax restructuring/optimization, revamp of business models and supply chain efficiencies. He further has an extensive experience in interacting with tax authorities in relation to indirect tax assessments and litigation. He has a rich experience in the field of indirect taxation having been associated with leading indirect tax firms of India including BMR Advisors and Deloitte India in the past. He is an executive member of Kanpur Goods & Service Tax (Chartered Accountants) Association and an active speaker at multiple forums on GST issues.
